Hayley Armstrong


Hayley is a senior from Owensboro, Kentucky. She is majoring in marketing and communication studies. Hayley enjoys good music, good food, and traveling to cool places. In her spare time, you can find her in line at Chick-fil-A or at PBS. Her favorite thing about Phi Mu is looking around at events and seeing everyone smiling, talking and laughing with each other.

Cassidy Ratterman

Vice President of Chapter Development

Cass is from Louisville, Kentucky and graduated high school from Mercy Academy. She is a Communication Disorders major, and plans to attend graduate school for Speech Pathology. Cass says, "Phi Mu has already introduced me to several lifelong friends who bring joy to my life every day!" Between going to classes, working at WKUs Admissions Office as a tour guide, and going to weekly meetings, you can also catch Cass spending time with her friends or working out at Preston (hopefully).

This sister is currently serving as a Gamma Chi. She gave up her letters to help new members find theirs! We are eagerly awaiting her return.

Taylor Johnson

New Member Director

Taylor is a senior from Berea, Kentucky, majoring in fashion merchandising and sociology. Taylor enjoys volunteering with children and loving on animals. In her spare time you can catch her watching baseball, drinking coffee, and working at David's Bridal. She loves Phi Mu, but more importantly loves the Tops!!

Kristen Eads

Director of Harm Prevention and Reduction

Kristen is a sophomore from Versailles, Kentucky. She is a biology major with plans to attend either Physician Assistant School or Medical School. In her free time she likes to spend time with her sisters and watch Netflix. Her favorite thing about Phi Mu is the lifelong friends she has made!

Recruitment Creative Chair

Paige is senior studying Meteorology! She is from Knoxville, TN and is obsessed with her dog Bosco. She enjoys going home and hanging out with my family by the pool! When she's not hanging out with her family or busy with school, she like to watch hours of Netflix. Typically The Office or Friends.

Olivia Clippinger


Olivia is a junior from Louisville, Kentucky. She joined Phi Mu in the fall of 2015. She is an advertising and graphic design major hoping to work in a creative environment. Olivia loves living in the Phi Mu house and bonding with her sisters.

Chloë Condo

Housing Director

Chloë is a junior from Franklin, Tennessee. She is majoring in criminology with hopes of going to law school or into the FBI. You can find Chloë hanging out at the Phi Mu house where she lives with 7 other sisters. Chloë said the two things she loves most are dogs and Phi Mu!

Cory Gollar

Social Chair

Cory, a junior from Mount Washington, Kentucky is currently majoring in fashion merchandising. When she graduate she plans to move to a city somewhere (hopefully Nashville) to follow her dream into becoming a buyer in the fashion industry. Cory's favorite thing to do is to travel. She love meeting new people and going new places. She says her favorite part about being Social Chair is being able to plan events or mixers and give our chapter the opportunity to meet new people as well.

Emily Thomas


Emily is a junior from Elizabethtown, Kentucky, pursing a degree in Mathematical Economics. After graduation she hopes to attend graduate school and become an actuary! She had also served as alumnae relations co-chair and is excited to serve as treasurer!

Abbie Evans

Academic Chair

Abbie is a junior from Hendersonville, Tennessee. She is a biology major with a psychology minor. Abbie plans to attend either pharmacy or optometry school after graduating. In her free time she enjoys reading, hiking, and hanging out with friends.

Lauren Shields

Philanthropy Chair

Lauren is a senior from Lexington, Kentucky pursuing a degree in Communications studies with a minor in psychology and Non-Profit Administration. She plans to earn her Masters in mental and clinical health counseling with a certificate in drug/alcohol addictions counseling. She has previous served as our campus relations chair, Greek Week over all chair, and homecoming chair. Lauren can't wait to serve as the upcoming Philanthropic Chairmen and spread our love CMNH all over Bowling Green.

Emily Mynatt

Sisterhood Chair

Emily is a senior from Nashville, Tennessee. She is majoring in Corporate and Organizational Communication. She is a JUMP student taking graduate classes towards a masters degree in Organizational Communication. Emily recently accepted a full-time position at WKU working in the Human Resources Dept. But aside from working full-time and taking classes, Emily loves to pour herself into her friendships with her Phi Mu sisters. There's nothing she loves more than inviting sisters over to her house and laughing the night away. Although she will graduate in December, she knows that her friendships will stay strong because Phi Mu isn't just four years, it's for life!
