Welcome to

Delta Tau Chapter of Phi Mu

Founded in 1852, Phi Mu is a vibrant and historic women’s organization that stands out for its commitment to fostering personal growth, academic achievement, and lifelong sisterhood. From its early days, Phi Mu has been dedicated to empowering women, encouraging them to pursue excellence in every facet of life, whether through leadership, community service, or personal development. With a rich tradition that spans more than 170 years, Phi Mu offers a unique blend of opportunities for its members, from philanthropy work to social events, creating an unforgettable college experience. One of the pillars of the organization is its commitment to service, which is evident through its national support of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, but each chapter also takes part in a variety of local projects that give back to their community. At Western Kentucky University, Phi Mu’s Delta Tau chapter takes these values to heart, providing a close-knit sisterhood that helps its members succeed both academically and personally. Our chapter is known for fostering strong bonds through activities like themed mixers, study groups, and retreats that help members grow closer while having fun. We balance the joys of sisterhood with a commitment to academic excellence, offering support systems like mentorship programs and study sessions. Whether it’s cheering on the Hilltoppers at a football game or hosting charity events, WKU Phi Mu members are always involved in something exciting. With our mix of tradition, service, and social engagement, Phi Mu at WKU is more than just a sorority—it’s a lifelong network of friends and sisters who inspire each other to achieve their fullest potential.
