And joining a sorority is about finding your people – the women who will cheer you on and challenge you along the way. Your future sisters will be there to support you as you learn all that you’re capable of, and through the sorority experience you’ll tap into your potential through exploring leadership, giving back to the community, and serving others.

Joining Delta Tau
- At WKU, Phi Mu’s formal recruitment is an exciting and welcoming experience, designed to help potential new members find their home within our sisterhood. From the moment you step into recruitment, you'll feel the genuine warmth, energy, and support that defines Phi Mu. Many of our members say they felt an instant connection and knew they had found a place where they could truly be themselves. The Delta Tau 2024 Membership Director, Kaylee Rogers, shared, "The recruitment process can be nerve-wracking and push you out of your comfort zone, but it ultimately leads to support, love, and lasting friendships." We focus on making recruitment an authentic experience where potential new members can get to know our chapter and see if they feel the same sense of belonging. For those who miss formal recruitment, we offer Continuous Open Bidding (COB), giving everyone the opportunity to join our sisterhood throughout the year. Once you become a sister, our new member education program is a key part of your Phi Mu journey. This program is designed to introduce you to our rich history, values, and traditions through engaging workshops and activities. Together with your fellow new members, you’ll build deep bonds and start creating lifelong friendships. It’s a journey of personal growth, shared memories, and discovering the true meaning of sisterhood!
